AI-Assisted Job Search Workflow
Interview Workspace is a portfolio project that turns the repetitive parts of job hunting into a structured workflow: discover roles, analyze fit, generate tailored application material, and keep the full application history in one place.
What This Project Does
The system captures job data from a browsing session and normalizes it into a structured record that can be reviewed and processed consistently.
Each role is evaluated against the candidate profile so the workflow can decide whether to skip, review, or continue toward application.
Generated documents, application events, and final outcomes are tracked centrally so the user does not lose context across multiple roles.
How It Works
Browse target portals, filter the search, and collect a batch of promising job links.
Check whether the role matches the candidate profile before spending effort on documents or application steps.
Prepare job-specific application assets such as tailored resume and cover-letter outputs.
Record what happened on each role, including application state, manual intervention, and follow-up context.
Why It Matters
This project shows product thinking across workflow design, automation boundaries, document generation, and state tracking instead of stopping at a single script.
The goal is straightforward: reduce busywork, keep better records, and make sure human control stays available when a real application flow needs it.
